Delivery and Returns Policy

Purchases made on our Website are Delivered Free of Charge Via Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders over £75. Orders should be with you between 1 - 3 working days.

On items less than £75 it will be Royal mail signed for delivery. Also free of charge.

For certain transactions we may ask for proof of a customers identification and a proof of address in the form a utility bill or statement before items are dispatched. NOTE THIS INFORMATION IS NOT STORED OR SHARED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IT IS SOLELY USED FOR COMPLAINCE AND VERIFICATION PURPOSES. 

All items are sent via fully insured tracked mail.


We provide a 30 days returns policy. Please notify within 7 days of receiving item if you would like to return. We do not accept return on bespoke work items and earrings. 

To comply with returns please send back items within 30 days in its original, undamaged condition with all boxes and tags.

Return costs are payable by the buyer of the product.

All sizes and weights and dimensions are close as possible as to the product however in our best practices industry standard allows a 2% tolerance allowance. For example if an item weight 8.6g we may state is as 8.8g or 8.4g.
