All Purchases made on our Website are Delivered Free of Charge Via Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders over £75. Orders should be with you between 1 - 3 working days. Items less than £75 it will be Royal mail signed for delivery.

Returns Policy Applicable For Online Orders Only
We provide a 30 days returns policy. We do not accept returns on bespoke work items and earrings.
Customers can email us on admin@richardmilesjewellers if they would like to request a refund and we will provide our address to return items. (NOTE : Please use a tracked and insured method of postage delivery to return items)
To comply with our returns policy, please send back items within 30 days in its original, undamaged, unused condition with all boxes and tags.
Return costs are payable by the buyer of the product.
