Secure Delivery

All Purchases made on our Website are Delivered Free of Charge Via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Traced Signed For for orders under £75. Orders should be with you between 1 - 3 working days. 

For certain transactions we may ask for proof of a customers identification and a proof of address in the form a utility bill or statement before items are dispatched. NOTE THIS INFORMATION IS NOT STORED OR SHARED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IT IS SOLELY USED FOR COMPLAINCE AND VERIFICATION PURPOSES. 

All items are sent via fully insured tracked mail.

Returns Policy Applicable For Online Orders Only

We provide a 30 days returns policy. We are unable to accept returns on specially commissioned bespoke work items and earrings. 

Customers can email us on admin@richardmilesjewellers if they would like to request a refund and we will provide our address to return items. (NOTE : Please use a tracked and insured method of postage delivery to return items)

To comply with our returns policy, please send back items within 30 days in its original, undamaged, unused condition with all boxes and tags. Please notify us within 7 days of receival of item should you wish to return it via email. 

Return costs are payable by the buyer of the product. 

Returns MUST be sent via insured tracked delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery), with the correct value of insurance, payable by customer. We cannot ensure against loss of  returned parcels to us if an untracked method is used and does not have the adequate level of insurance.  Please also ensure, our address is written exactly as above for smooth delivery.

Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to present our items as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your computers display reflects the colour, size, dimension, or quality of the product. Your products may vary a little from the images on the website. 

All sizes and weights and dimensions are close as possible as to the product however in our best practices industry standard allows a 2% tolerance allowance. For example if an item weight 8.6g we may state is as 8.8g or 8.4g.
